Early Spring Emergence
The first sprouts of the season begin to rise through the soil in the Heritage Garden’s pollinator garden. After winter dormancy, native plants quietly return — small signs of life that will soon support bees, butterflies, birds, and countless other pollinators throughout the growing season. These early spring moments reveal the beginning of the garden’s yearly cycle, where new growth, changing light, and warming soil signal another season rooted in Ohio’s landscape.
